Northrop Loses Bid To Revive Contract Breach Suit

Law360, New York (July 12, 2011, 4:57 PM EDT) -- Northrop Grumman Computing Systems Inc. on Monday lost its bid for reconsideration of a judge's dismissal of its suit accusing the government of breaching a contract for surveillance software when it failed to secure funding for optional years.

Northrop had requested the review of Judge Francis M. Allegra of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims' June 15 decision to grant without prejudice the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's motion to dismiss the action for lack of jurisdiction.
