Title VII Caps Are Per Party, Not Per Claim: 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (July 11, 2011, 7:42 PM ET) -- The Fifth Circuit ruled Monday that the damages cap in Title VII is per party, not per person, squaring the court with its sister circuits and affirming a trimmed-down jury verdict in a sex bias suit against Pamlab LLC.
