Law360, New York (July 12, 2011, 3:13 PM ET) -- Intellectual Ventures Management LLC filed a complaint Tuesday against Hynix Semiconductor Inc. and Elpida Memory Inc. with the U.S. International Trade Commission, adding to a patent fight it launched in a federal court in Washington state alleging infringement of five patents for dynamic random access memory.
The district court complaint filed Monday alleges that Hynix violates five DRAM-related patents owned by Intellectual Ventures, while Elpida allegedly infringes on three of those patents. The lawsuit also targets several firms that use Hynix and Elpida's allegedly infringing DRAM products...
