Ex-National Guard Sgt. Admits To $15M In False Claims

Law360, New York (July 11, 2011, 9:35 PM EDT) -- The California National Guard's former manager of bonuses and incentives admitted Thursday to submitting $15.2 million dollars in false claims to the U.S. Department of Defense for student loan payments and bonuses for members who weren't eligible for them.
