Biomed Co. Loses Bid To Appeal Nixed Air Force Contract

Law360, New York (July 12, 2011, 2:11 PM ET) -- In a decision released Tuesday, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals denied the CME Group Inc.’s appeal of the termination for convenience of a research contract, saying the biomedical company must first file a settlement claim with the U.S. Air Force.
