Rite Aid Sues Ranbaxy Over Reglan Suit Indemnity

Law360, Washington (July 14, 2011, 2:28 PM EDT) -- Rite Aid Corp. on Thursday sued Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Pennsylvania federal court for breach of contract for failing to indemnify Rite Aid from consumer lawsuits over Ranbaxy's generic version of the acid reflux drug Reglan.
