Exec Says Exxon Had No Idea Pipeline Was Unsafe

Law360, New York (July 14, 2011, 6:56 PM EDT) -- A top Exxon Mobil Pipeline Co. official told a House subcommittee Thursday that the company had no indication that a pipeline that ruptured and spilled oil into the Yellowstone River in Montana earlier in July wasn't safe.
