Fed. Circ. Restores $333M Army Hospital Contract

Law360, Washington (July 14, 2011, 3:11 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday affirmed a U.S. Court of Federal Claims decision restoring a $333 million contract to construct a government hospital to Turner Construction Co. Inc. after the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers awarded and then terminated the contract.
