Arch Employees Lose Bonus Claims In Hartford Raid Suit

Law360, New York (July 15, 2011, 5:04 PM ET) -- Arch Insurance Group Inc. employees accused in New York of raiding the accounts of former employer the Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. on Wednesday lost their bid to collect bonuses they say Hartford owed them, but one employee's contract claim survived.

The judge dismissed all but one of the employees' counterclaims over the bonuses in the suit, only allowing one executive's claim for breach of contract to move forward.
