Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 12:37 PM ET) -- Greenberg Traurig PA announced Friday it had added former Akerman Senterfitt LLP shareholder Todd A. Miller to the corporate and securities practice in its Orlando, Fla., office — the latest addition to the firm’s corporate and securities practice in Florida.
Miller's practice will focus on a variety of financial services, including banking and structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. He has also worked on project finance transactions in the real estate and aircraft industries domestically and abroad, the firm said.
