Law360, New York (May 31, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Allied Systems Holdings Inc., which sought bankruptcy protection in July 2005, said that it emerged from Chapter 11 on Tuesday and had canceled its pre-plan common stock.
The company, formerly known as Allied Holding Inc., said that it had substantially consummated the transactions contemplated in its second amended joint restructuring plan, which was confirmed by a bankruptcy court on May 18.
