Google, YouTube Hoarded Revenues From Uploads: Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (July 19, 2011, 10:33 PM EDT) -- Google Inc. and YouTube LLC were sued last week in California by a record company accusing the Internet giants of violating a contract and shortchanging it out of millions of dollars' worth of ad revenue generated through thousands of music clips and movies uploaded to YouTube.
