Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 6:35 PM ET) -- A Delaware federal judge on Monday dismissed a patent infringement suit against Facebook Inc. brought by Walker Digital LLC — a company led by the founder of Priceline.com Inc. — after both parties agreed to drop the case over online ads.
U.S. District Judge Gregory M. Sleet approved a voluntary dismissal order submitted by Walker Digital on Thursday that stipulated that each party would bear its own costs.
