Dems Question Safety Of Keystone Pipeline Proposal

Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 4:22 PM ET) -- Seven Democratic senators called on U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Friday to mull alternate routes for the planned $13 billion Keystone XL pipeline to carry crude oil from Canada to U.S. refineries, raising specific safety concerns about the current proposal.
