Louis Vuitton Managers Bag $1.5M Payout In OT Action

Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 3:39 PM ET) -- Louis Vuitton North America Inc. on Monday agreed to pay $1.5 million to settle a California class action brought by retail store assistant managers that claimed the company shortchanged them on overtime and meal and rest breaks.

“Class counsel considers this to be an excellent settlement for the class members,” attorneys for the named plaintiffs wrote in a motion asking Judge Anthony J.
