Law360, New York (July 19, 2011, 5:44 PM ET) -- Aventis Pharmaceuticals Inc. on Monday settled with generics maker Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. in two New Jersey suits over a proposed generic version of the allergy drug Allegra, which Aventis claimed would infringe eight of its patents for the medication.
Details of the deal were not immediately available, and attorneys for the parties did not immediately respond to requests for comment Tuesday.
