ITC Lets Kodak Off The Hook In Apple Imaging IP Case

Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 9:20 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday decided to let stand an administrative law judge's finding that digital cameras made and imported by Eastman Kodak Co. did not infringe two image processing patents held by Apple Inc.
