Ropes & Gray Told To Fork Over Files On Ex-IP Atty

Law360, New York (July 19, 2011, 5:38 PM ET) -- Nonprofit research and education institution Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory convinced a Massachusetts federal judge on Tuesday to compel Ropes & Gray LLP to hand over documents concerning its internal investigation of the firm's ex-partner who allegedly mishandled CSHL's patent applications.
