Fla. High Court Upholds $28M RJ Reynolds Verdict

Law360, New York (July 19, 2011, 8:16 PM ET) -- The Supreme Court of Florida on Tuesday declined to accept R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co.'s appeal of a $28.3 million jury verdict in favor of a woman whose husband died of lung cancer after decades of smoking Lucky Strike cigarettes.
