Law360, New York (July 20, 2011, 1:34 PM ET) -- An Ohio federal judge on Tuesday nixed a bid by over a dozen polyurethane foam makers to toss a multidistrict litigation accusing them of conspiring to fix prices, saying the allegations in the complaints are sufficient.
