Law360, New York (July 21, 2011, 7:34 PM ET) -- An Ohio businessman who pled guilty as part of a wide-ranging corruption probe in the state was sentenced Wednesday to 37 months in prison for bribing public officials in exchange for contracts.
U.S. District Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley also hit Reliance Mechanical LLC President William Neiheiser with two years of supervised release following the end of his sentence and restitution of more than $75,000.
