2nd Circ. Upholds Ex-NY Sen. Gonzalez's Prison Time

Law360, New York (July 22, 2011, 4:40 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Friday upheld a seven-year prison sentence for Efrain Gonzalez Jr. for corruption, but vacated an order compelling the former New York state senator to pay $123,000 in restitution to donors who gave to his sham charities.
