Canon Has One Claim Trimmed In Ogma ITC Case

Law360, New York (July 25, 2011, 8:11 PM EDT) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission judge on Friday rejected a bid by Canon Inc. to have two claims of a patent asserted by Ogma LLC over motion-sensitive sound effects technology found invalid, while agreeing that a third claim should be stripped from the action.
