Banner Must Disclose Assets To Fla. Drywall Class: Judge

Law360, New York (July 26, 2011, 6:54 PM EDT) -- A Florida judge on Monday ruled Banner Supply Co. must provide state plaintiffs with financial and insurance asset information so they can review a $55 million settlement the company reached in Louisiana multidistrict litigation over defective Chinese drywall.
