Law360, New York (July 27, 2011, 4:29 PM ET) -- Littler Mendelson PC announced Tuesday that a former partner was returning to its Dallas office to handle employee and management compliance and ethics matters for corporate clients after a stint at Sumner Schick & Pace LLP.
Earl M. "Chip" Jones III will start in August at Littler Mendelson, where he practiced from 1994 to 2002. The firm said that Jones' background working in-house at corporations and in employment law will enhance its representation of management clients.
