J&J Seeks Fed. Circ. Rehearing On Stent Patents

Law360, New York (July 27, 2011, 1:45 PM ET) -- Johnson & Johnson asked the Federal Circuit last week to rehear its appeal of a decision in favor of Boston Scientific Corp. that deemed four J&J patents for drug-eluting stents invalid for lack of adequate written description.
