Enviro Group Sues To Stop Christo Art Installation

Law360, New York (July 27, 2011, 6:05 PM ET) -- An activist group said Monday that it sued the Colorado state parks board as part of an ongoing quest to block a Christo art installation over the Arkansas River, a project the group claims would seriously harm the environment if approved.
