Leggett & Platt Can't Duck Foam Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (July 27, 2011, 6:32 PM ET) -- The Ohio federal judge overseeing multidistrict antitrust litigation over polyurethane foam on Tuesday rejected Leggett & Platt Inc.'s request to reconsider a prior ruling denying the manufacturer's bids to dismiss the claims against it.
