UK News-Scraper Clients Need IP Licenses: Appeals Court

Law360, New York (July 27, 2011, 4:45 PM EDT) -- A U.K. appeals court ruled Wednesday that public relations consultants and others who subscribe to online news-scraping services need a license from news providers to receive their content.
