OFT Rightly Delayed Ryanair-Aer Lingus Probe: UK Court

Law360, New York (July 28, 2011, 1:36 PM EDT) -- The U.K.'s competition court ruled Thursday that British antitrust regulators properly delayed their investigation of Ryanair Holdings PLC's purchase of a minority stake in Aer Lingus Group PLC for four years while the EU pursued the case.
