Judge Denies Court Transfer For Madoff Feeder Funds

Law360, New York (July 27, 2011, 9:25 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday refused to transfer from bankruptcy court claims filed by the trustee overseeing Bernard L. Madoff's securities firm's liquidation against two feeder funds listed as defendants in a $550 million clawback case against UBS AG.
