Massport Dismissed From 9/11 Hijacking Liability Case

Law360, New York (July 27, 2011, 7:13 PM EDT) -- The operator of Boston’s Logan International Airport on Wednesday won dismissal from a closely watched wrongful death suit brought by the family of a 9/11 victim that sought to hold airlines, security screeners and others responsible for the terrorist attacks.
