Fed. Circ. Won't Rehear Rambus Spoliation Case

Law360, New York (July 29, 2011, 4:13 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday refused to reconsider its ruling that Rambus Inc. destroyed evidence relevant to its semiconductor patent lawsuit against Micron Technology Inc. amid an ongoing antitrust dispute between the companies.
