Coke, Others Try To Can MDL Over Juice With Lead

Law360, New York (August 01, 2011, 3:04 PM ET) -- A group of beverage companies, including the Coca-Cola Co. and Mott's LLP, moved Friday to dismiss a multidistrict litigation in Massachusetts alleging that their fruit juices contain trace amounts of lead that could lead to health risks.
