Feds Fail To Keep FCA Docs Sealed In Omnicare Case

Law360, New York (August 02, 2011, 5:39 PM ET) -- A federal judge in Maryland on Thursday denied the government's bid to keep documents under seal in an ex-employee's case accusing Omnicare Inc. of selling contaminated drugs to the government, saying the documents don't substantially reveal secret investigative practices.

U.S. District Judge Catherine C. Blake found that the documents in question describe only routine investigation procedures, and in little detail at that.
