GraphOn Accuses Juniper Of Infringement

Law360, New York (June 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Technology company GraphOn Corp. filed suit Thursday against Juniper Networks Inc., claiming its Silicon Valley rival’s products infringe GraphOn patents covering security and firewall technology.

In a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, GraphOn alleged that products offered by Juniper, a telecommunication equipment provider, infringe three patents owned by GraphOn. The accused products include Juniper’s hardware security client and various firewall products.
