Trinity Workers Win Conditional Cert. In OT Suit

Law360, New York (August 1, 2011, 7:08 PM EDT) -- An Iowa federal judge on Monday conditionally certified a class of production workers at Trinity Industries Inc.'s wind tower manufacturing unit who claim the company failed to pay them for overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

U.S. District Judge Robert W. Pratt approved plaintiff Maryann Etter's uncontested bid for conditional class certification of Trinity Structural Towers Inc.'s hourly, nonexempt production employees in Iowa.
