ITC Opens Probes On Lined Paper, Bearing Duties

Law360, New York (August 1, 2011, 4:42 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday began reviewing several duties on lined paper from China, India and Indonesia, and on bearings from China, France, Germany and Italy to determine if the trade measures are still necessary.

The agency opened separate sunset reviews of the two types of imports, focusing on countervailing and dumping duties on lined paper, and on dumping duties for certain bearings, according to a pair of Federal Register notices.
