Barclays Ups Lehman Asset Appeal To $2.8B

Law360, New York (August 1, 2011, 7:26 PM EDT) -- Barclays PLC on Friday in New York added a dispute over $769 million in securities to its previous appeal of a bankruptcy court ruling on $2.1 billion in margin assets the British bank is trying to recover from Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.
