Judge Won't Revisit Ruling Trimming Compressor MDL

Law360, New York (August 2, 2011, 3:08 PM EDT) -- A Michigan federal judge said Tuesday he would not reconsider a ruling that trimmed the number of plaintiffs and the time period for claims in multidistrict litigation alleging a price-fixing conspiracy in the market for refrigerant compressors.

U.S. District Judge Sean F. Cox determined that the direct purchaser plaintiffs had advanced the same unsuccessful arguments they put forward in opposition to an earlier motion that limited their claims.
