8th Circ. Denies 3rd Look At Catheter Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (August 2, 2011, 6:29 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Tuesday refused to reconsider its ruling backing the dismissal of an antitrust class action that accused C.R. Bard Inc. of conspiring to inflate urological catheter prices using contract provisions, despite claims that the case has been mishandled twice.
