Howrey Lures Former Motorola In-House Counsel

Law360, New York (June 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A one-time in-house counsel for telecommunications giant Motorola Inc. has moved to Howrey LLP's intellectual property group, leaving Brinks, Hofer, Gilson & Lione.

Jonathan Retsky, a patent litigator, recently became a partner in Howrey's Chicago office, joining a large group of 200 IP specialists—including attorneys, patent agents and scientific advisers—at the firm.
