Law360, New York (August 02, 2011, 8:13 PM ET) -- Heller Ehrman LLP said Monday in a California bankruptcy court that commercial real estate company CB Richard Ellis Inc. was wrong to request a $3 million commission for selling the defunct firm's New York office, arguing that the figure was actually $325,000.
Heller Ehrman called CB Richard's figure an "inflated commission" that "defies all logic and is contrary to the facts."
