Ex-Employee Accuses NBA Unit Of Sex Bias

Law360, New York (August 2, 2011, 9:34 PM EDT) -- The NBA's marketing and licensing arm was sued in New York court Monday by an ex-employee alleging that her job duties were slashed after taking maternity leave and that she was ultimately fired in retaliation for opposing the defendant's allegedly unlawful employment practices.

Cyndi Foley filed her suit against NBA Properties Inc. listing four causes of action for discrimination under the New York City Administrative Code.
