Microsoft Double-Bills Xbox Live Subscribers: Suit

Law360, New York (August 03, 2011, 6:01 PM ET) -- Microsoft Corp. was hit with a putative class action in federal court in Washington state on Friday claiming the company double-bills certain subscribers to its premium Xbox gaming service.

Named plaintiff Ryan Graves said that Microsoft's Xbox Live Gold gaming services were “governed by vague and onerous terms of use.”
