3rd Circ. Revives Insurer's Plane Crash Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (August 4, 2011, 1:43 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Wednesday revived Illinois National Insurance Co.’s lawsuit against hospitality services company Wyndham Worldwide Operations Inc. seeking a judgment that one of its policies doesn’t cover a 2008 plane crash in Oregon that killed five people.
