Law360, New York (August 04, 2011, 2:33 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday tossed an antitrust multidistrict litigation accusing Sony Corp., Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and other companies of fixing prices for optical disk drives, ruling that the plaintiffs' evidence didn't come close to supporting the kind of sprawling conspiracy alleged.
