Judge Tosses Contract Claim In Housing Subsidy Suit

Law360, New York (August 4, 2011, 6:02 PM EDT) -- A federal court ruled Tuesday that it lacked jurisdiction over an Oklahoma property owner’s claim that the government breached a housing assistance payment contract by cutting subsidies over the allegedly subpar condition of Section 8 units, and dismissed the claim.
