NLRB To Tackle Work Email Policies Before Year's End

Law360, New York (August 25, 2011, 7:20 PM EDT) -- A recent National Labor Relations Board decision left intact a 2007 decision that banning workers from using an employer's email system for any nonjob-related solicitations didn't violate federal labor law, though lawyers say the issue of broad prohibitions on email use will resurface before the end of the year.
