Czech Brewery Claims Win In 'Bud' Fight With AB Inbev

Law360, New York (August 04, 2011, 3:33 PM ET) -- Czech brewery Budejovicky Budvar NP said Thursday it had secured a victory from a Bulgarian court as part of its battle with Anheuser-Busch Inbev NV over the right to use the term "Bud" — a long-running feud that has lasted for more than a century.
